"Good Dog Grooming Starts With Good Training"
Dog Grooming
Dog grooming is hygienic care given to a dog, or a process by which the dog's physical appearance is enhanced for showing or other types of competition.
Why Groom a Dog?
- Improved health of the skin and coat
- Decreases the chance of various health problems such as thrush, scratches, and other skin problems
- Cleans the dog
- Allows the groomer to check the dog's health, eg. looking for cuts, heat, swelling, lameness, or a change in temperament (such as depression) which could indicate the dog is sick
Regular grooming promotes healthier skin and coat as well as contributing to the general well being of a dog.
